At Sacred Heart Nursing Services, I believe that good information should not be out of reach simply because someone cannot afford it.

Over the years, I have cared for thousands of patients and families, and I have seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate illness, caregiving, hospice, aging, and changes in health. Sacred Heart Nursing Services was created in part to make that journey a little easier.

Through this website, I am committed to providing practical nursing education and tools that patients, families, caregivers, nursing students, and healthcare professionals can access freely.

Your support helps me continue developing and sharing resources such as:

  • The Sacred Heart Resource Library

  • My Hospice Companion, created to support patients and caregivers through the hospice journey

  • Empathy Care Pain Assessment, a tool designed to help caregivers recognize and communicate signs of pain

  • Caregiver education and printable resources

  • Nursing education and clinical tools

  • Community health and wellness information

  • New resources that I will continue creating as needs arise

Much of this work is offered free of charge because I believe education can reduce fear, improve communication, and help people feel more prepared when caring for themselves or someone they love.

    Your contribution directly supports the work of Sacred Heart Nursing Services and helps us continue providing free educational resources to patients, families, caregivers, nursing students, and healthcare professionals.

    Contributions help offset the costs associated with maintaining our website, developing and updating the Sacred Heart Resource Library, creating caregiver education materials, maintaining digital tools such as the Empathy Care Pain Assessment, producing resources like My Hospice Companion, and developing new nursing and health education tools for the community.

    Your support also helps with the technology, software, hosting, printing, and other expenses necessary to keep these resources available and growing.

    In the future, volunteer opportunities may include assisting at community health fairs, festivals, educational events, outreach activities, and other Sacred Heart initiatives.

    Depending on our current needs, these may include new healthcare or educational supplies, printing services, event materials, technology, or other items that help us provide resources to the community.

    Because our needs may change, we kindly ask that you contact us before making an in-kind donation so we can confirm whether the item or service can be accepted and put to good use.
